This page explains what we do with the details you send through the contact form on this site. Plain language, no small print.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and we do not build profiles.
What we use it for
To read your enquiry and reply to it. Nothing else: we do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties.
Where it is stored
In a database hosted by Cloudflare in the European Union, and in our email inbox once we reply. Access is limited to the people at Hey Lobo who handle enquiries.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is active, and afterwards for the period needed to keep a record of the enquiry. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to us using it. Just write to the address above and we will handle it.
